P.E. at SCE
Week of May 18th- May 22nd
For our last virtual lesson of the year, we want to practice many of the locomotor movements learned in class, so head outside and create a sidewalk obstacle course using chalk (or just your imagination) that includes the following moves: gallop, hop, jump, frog jumps, slide, run, and jog. We hope you had an awesome time with virtual field day! This week we are going to be using yoga to increase flexibility, coordination, and strength.
